Hi i got TN2 but it doesnt work on ipoker at all,how do i cancel my subscription?

I am sorry to hear you are having problems with TN2 and Ipoker, Firstly Ipoker is still in Beta and not all features are supported, right now we support the following on Ipoker:

1. iPoker tables are recognized, all iPoker networks
2. Betting hotkeys (Fold, Check/Call, Bet/Raise)
3. AA Check/Fold hotkey works
4. Pot betting works
5. Presets work
6. Allin + Allin+click hotkeys work
7. Increment/Decrement betting hotkeys work
8. Send numpad/backspace to betbox works

None of the annoyances work or the display tab. Where are you having problems getting it setup? Did you take the screenshots correctly?

hi,yeah i took the right screenshots and it was all over the place.like the preset bets are way off and the hot keys are doing random bets instead of say 55% it could do 120%.
check/fold would sometimes check/call and even the multitable set up was not working properly,especially ninja tile.

i just want to cancel until its out of the beta stage and has no bugs
