HUD not showing after 888 update

Hi,

Just downloaded the updated 888 version yesterday and the PT4 HUD is not appearing anymore, any idea on how to fix this please?

So we can investigate this can you please press/hold the 'Alt/Option' key while starting PokerTracker 4 to enable logging and then reproduce this issue by playing for a few minutes. When that's done please send us your 'PokerTracker4.log' file in a Support Ticket. You can access the 'Logs' folder with that file by clicking 'File --> Open User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window:

Problem solved on my end. The issue I had was related to the folder which saves your 'Hand History’ on 888 abd which was not matching the one on PT4.

When I initially updated 888, I failed to copy the new version to my Applications folder, instead copying it straight onto my dektop and effectively creating 2 versions of 888. I had to delete all versions of 888 on my computer and re-install it, making sure it was copied straight onto my Applications folder. Following that, the Hand History folders matched in both 888 and PT4 and problem was solved.

Already solved. I had to reinstall everything again.
