Pokerstars is launching in Pennsylvania. (Soft launch started yesterday and continues today.)

Can I expect PT4 to work with it currently?

Or will support have to be added for it? (And, if so, how quickly is that likely to happen?)

All PokerStars clients basically use the same software so if your PokerStars PA client isn't currently being detected by PokerTracker 4 you can manually configure your hand history folder in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Sites & Import Options -> Site Configuration -> PokerStars'. Use 'Add' to select where PokerStars is saving your hands instead of 'Auto Detect':
