I'm looking for a River bet (not Raise) filter, simultaneously excluding All-in bets.
Do these seem correct?

(First River Action Bet) AND (NOT (Raised River Any River Raise)) AND (NOT (Raise Type Raised All-in))

I think you might need to add a bit of redundancy using Opponent since it's raise all in not bet all in. That said if you just add that the opponent had an opportunity to raise I think you should be good.
