Note tracker duplicated

Good afternoon. Notetracker duplicates my notes. And when I hover over the HUD, the autonotes window is huge. How can I remove the duplicates?

Are you using multiple databases for the HUD? To remove the duplicate entries you would need to use a single database for the HUD.
