BB vs OR (2bb-2.24bb) - 3-bet column returning low values

Hi,
I'm building a custom statistic to track how the Big Blind (position 8) defends against an Open Raise between 2bb and 2.24bb in "clean" pots (no limpers, no cold callers, heads-up only).
Note: It doesn't matter which position the Open Raiser is in (UTG through SB); I only care that it's an Open Raise and it reaches the BB with no other players involved.
I have created three columns to define the actions (Fold, Call, 3-bet). While Fold and Call seem to return reasonable numbers, my 3-bet column is returning significantly lower values than expected.
These are my current column definitions:
1. cnt_p_bb_fold_vs_or:

My concerns:
I suspect the 3-bet column is filtering out hands incorrectly.
Is flg_p_3bet_opp necessary here, or could it be interfering with the amt_p_2bet_facing calculation in 3-bet pots?
Are the str_aggressors_p and str_actors_p strings properly defined to capture 3-bets where the villain calls or 4-bets?
Could you please check if there is any logical error in these expressions that might be causing the low sample size for the 3-bet action?

PD: All players are getting around 3-5% Value for 3bet when they are muuuuch more aggro.

I don't see anything obvioulsy wrong there. Have you rebuilt your custom database cache via 'Database -> Database Management -> Rebuild Cache -> Custom Cache Rebuild'? If you add the fold, call and 3bet stats together do you get 100%? What is the 'Value Expression' you are using in the statistic itself?
