How to find bets that where exactly rounded to .5?

I'd like to find bets of 1.5, 2.5 and so on, how can I do it?
The code below miss them completely

You need to multiply by 10 instead of 100 to get the correct remainder. The expression also needs another pair of brackets to work correctly:
