Straight Flush Hand Strength

I've noticed all straight flushes in my database have a hand strength of zero. Is this correct?

I found this posted elsewhere in the forum. This suggests straight flushes could be any of six hand strengths.

Straight Flush
0 - Straight flush on board (valid for river only)
1 - One card, low end (A4 on a 5678K board)
2 - One card, middle
3 - One card, high end
4 - Two Card Non-nut straight flush
5 - Two Card Nut straight flush

I've confirmed many of the straight flushes in my database are not straight flush on board.
