sum( if[ cash_hand_player_statistics.cnt_r_call > 0 AND amt_r_2bet_facing > 0 AND NOT cash_hand_player_statistics.flg_r_3bet AND cash_hand_player_statistics.flg_won_hand, cash_hand_player_statistics.amt_won / cash_limit.amt_bb + cash_hand_player_statistics.amt_r_2bet_facing / cash_limit.amt_bb, 0 ])

/

sum( if[ cash_hand_player_statistics.cnt_r_call > 0 AND amt_r_2bet_facing > 0 AND NOT cash_hand_player_statistics.flg_r_3bet , cash_hand_player_statistics.amt_r_2bet_facing / cash_limit.amt_bb , 0 ])

You should use cash_hand_player_statistics.amt_r_2bet_facing > 0 and not just amt_r_2bet_facing.

You don't need to divide by cash_limit.amt_bb.

If the river is multiway then it's still possible for the player to invest more more money even if they do not 3bet themselves (e.g. calling a river squeeze) so you might want to account for that or limit the columns to only count hands with two players on the river.

Bear in mind that the built-in statistic in PokerTracker 4 called 'River Call Efficiency' is a ratio of the total amount won on the river (cash_hand_player_statistics.amt_won + cash_hand_player_statistics.amt_bet_ttl) to the total amount called on the river and you are not using this calculation here.
