Chico Network HUD position

Hey guys!

Using a different software to be able to have a HUD over on TigerGaming. Following issue:

Hands are being displayed over 888 configuration. The positioning of the HUD obviously doesn't work since I can't have a prefered seat in the Tigergaming software itself. Any solution for this?

Issue with displaying them over Pokerstars is that I'm also playing on stars and the HUD positioning on the table would be either wrong for stars or for the chico tables.

Maybe there is a trick to solve the issue. :)

Check if your hand converter can produce hands in the format of another site. PokerTracker 4 can also import hands as BetOnline/Chico hands so if your converter can produce hands in that format I'd recommend using that instead of an incorrect site.

Hey, thanks for responding!

The only other format there is would be Pokermaster. Can't find this one in the PT4 menu tho. Is there a solution in this case?

If the converter you're using doesn't have other hand history formats then there isn't anything else I can suggest other than using an alternative converter. Our recommended third-party hand converter for BetOnline/Chico can provide the hands in a format which allows them to import as the correct site in PokerTracker 4.

As per mod recommendation, I attempted to install "Advanced Chico Converter". However my anti virus software flags it as malware. Is there reason to believe that this software is trustworthy?

Writing hand histories for sites that do not provide hand histories requires programming techniques which can incorrectly be flagged as a virus or trojan. Advanced Poker Tools have been around for a few years now and there have not been any known security issues (other than false positives via scan). With that said, Advanced Poker Tools is not our software nor have we reviewed their code base. I would suggest you submit the files to your antivirus software provider, state that you believe the file may be incorrectly being flagged as malware and they will be able to do some research on the file.
