Convert "player" report to "all players" and vice versa

As title, this would be handy sometimes. Unless I'm already missing it in there somewhere, it seems one must recreate the report from scratch which can sometimes be a lengthy process.

Also a minor bug, "all player" reports show as only "player" in the dropdown report selection box (may have been fixed? I run an old version)

You can switch between active player and all players by enabling or disabling the 'Filter on Active Player' option. Click the blue Filters link and choose 'expression filters' to access that option.

Oh wow thank you! I guess that explains why they both show as (player) also :-)
