Note is not displayed correctly in HH history window

Hello,
I've wrote note about one hand. It looks like this:

But when I open HH history review window, I see just first line:

[ img ]

If I will add [T] at each line then it will ruin formatting.

I would like:
a) Keep formatting for longer teksts (maybe that needs some kind of syntax, like paragraph.
b) For general notes having not [P] [F] [T] [R], but additional [?] that note will go in very bottom or very top of the hand.
