pt4 custom stat

Few questions.

1. I have heard that PT4 will have a custom stat interface that is considerably more user friendly regarding the building of custom stats than pt3. Is this true?

2. Will my custom pt3 stats and custom hud easily transfer over into the pt4 interface?

(1) We've tried to make things less confusing though there will still remain a certain amount of complexity as the power required for the system to work needs a certain amount of it.

(2) PT4 imports .pt3stat files and they should work properly once imported.
