can someone help me with customer support email or phone number , i looked under tickets and i cant see how to send an email through the support ticket, just see if they ever sent me one.

There isn't a direct email address or phone number. You can contact us in a Support Ticket and you can also view your Support Tickets at any time by signing into your PokerTracker.com account and visiting your My Account -> My Support Tickets page and any replies from us also get sent to your email address.

Does anyone know how the hell to get in touch with Poker Tracker Support? Honestly, y'all, if had been the least bit aware how bad this webs ite is, I would NEVER EVER purchased PT4. And you can bet, your cat's ass, I will NEVER EVER,EVER, Purchase PT again. I had to hire a computer repair shop to just get it on my laptop. It took them two hours to configure just the basics. The owner, said, and I quote," this is the worst software I have ever tried to work with." He went on to say, "sir, you wasted 99.99. It's a complete rip-off." Ive had the software on my laptop for a month, and still can't get the f'n HUID to work while playing at the online poker site table. Does anyone know how to initiate the in game HUD?

You have already contacted support by opening a ticket and they replied to you two hours before you posted here. If you don't see that email then your email provider is either blocking the message or more likely it was delivered to your junk/spam folder. You can also view & reply to your support ticket when signed into your PokerTracker account via your My Account -> My Support Tickets page.

i too need help getting in contect with their support my email is {email removed by moderator} if anyone at pk sees this please contact me asap

You have an existing ticket in our support system and you will be receiving a reply from a technician.
