Not importing ongame hands

Hello!

I added the ongame HH folder but there are no importing from ongame. What should I do to solve this issue?

Please read the OnGame Configuration Guide to make sure that you have everything set up correctly, and make sure that the OnGame client is installed in English.

Check that the hands are written as you play.
If you're still not seeing hands imported please open a Support Ticket and report your problem so that we can see what is going on.

I'll go trough on it, but one question. This guide is valid for PT4 also? because I have this problem on PT4, and I posted it to wrong place :/

The instructions are basically the same for PT4 but there are equivalent documents in the guides section for PT4 as well if you need the detail.

I found this in the PT4 guide:

Windows 7: C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\P5\POKERSITE/handhistory

Note: 'USERNAME' and 'POKERSITE' in the above listed folders are your Operating System's account name and the poker site that you are playing on.

I cannot set up the username (pokersite username) and the pokersite, because the client always save the HH-s here:

C:\Users\myname\P5JavaClientSettings\handhistory

I tried to change the settings, but it's never mind, the client save to this folder above :(

What is the solution?

This is the folder structure that the current OnGame software uses - the other path you mentioned is the folder that their old software uses. Most OnGame skins use the new software but there are still some out there which use the old software. Just configure PT4 to import from whichever folder the hand histories are being written to.

I have updated our guide to reflect the current path - thanks for bringing that to our attention.
