my HUD only works for half an hour

I just purchased PT4 yesterday and everytime I play the hud only works for about half an hour before a tab pops up saying


"poker tracker has detected that that you are attempting to import alarge amout of hands while playing. What do i do?

Close your poker sites completely, and in PT4 click Tools -> Setup Assistant and run through Setup Sites (just keep clicking next) - that will import and move your files.

In the future, make sure you close your poker site first before stopping Getting Hands While Playing and that will make sure that we can move the files as we need to keep the directory clear.
