trouble with importing hands

Hello I just switched from holdem manager to PT4. Right when I started PT4 it automatically imported my hands from HM (point a- point b). However, after I play (point b- present), my hands are not importing. What do I do?

Please follow the appropriate site configuration guide in the documentation - normally the Setup Assistant should set things up automatically but that isn't possible in all cases so you may need to configure manually.
