Wrong stats being shown

Hello..I am playing on Grosvenor Poker which is iPoker..I am finding that whilst I am winning it is showing that I am losing in red ink....it seems that hands are not being registered.

This looks like a currency exchange rate issue since the problem is only with your € sessions. PokerTracker 4 converts those into your 'My Currency' (£), and the exchange rates for those sessions weren’t retrieved correctly, so ‘My C Won’ shows a loss. Your £ sessions don’t need converting, so they’re showing correctly:

To fix your existing sessions:

Go to ‘Database > Currency’.
Select any sessions or tournaments with an exchange rate of -1. To select a range, click the first row, then hold Shift and click the last row. To select several rows one at a time, hold Ctrl and click each one.
Click ‘Set Rates’ to fetch the correct exchange rates.

This happens when the time zone isn’t set up correctly for iPoker. iPoker hand histories don’t say which time zone they’re in, so to stop it happening again:

In the iPoker lobby, click the arrow near the clock at the top left and select server time, not ‘Local’.
In PokerTracker 4, go to ‘Configure > Site & Import Options’, select the ‘Site Configuration’ tab and choose ‘iPoker Network’.
Set ‘iPoker Skin/Time Zone’ to any skin that uses the same server time zone. Then click ‘OK’.

This should prevent exchange rate problems in future sessions.

Wow!!! Thx Hippo...that's amazing.. you're the greatest...suddenly it's all working like magic...how do you know all this stuff?? I could never have worked that out in a million years.

PT4 is such an amazing piece of software. I've had it for some time now but have never got the full benefit from it...I've always been a live cash player and have only really played online now and again..but I want to start playing more online now, and start to fully explore all the feature of PT4.

I do find it quite confusing with all the different features it has...Could you possibly give me any tips /advice on what you think the best way to study PT4 would be to get the full benefit in helping me improve my online game.? I would greatly appreciate it.

When you're not sure how a feature works, look for the video icon next to it, and a short video will explain it.
