Hi im trying to setup Betonline card catcher. i did a complete reinstall of windows. When i get to configure it doenst seem to find the database for it or i guess a directory to send HH to. any help would be great thank you

I am not familiar with that software. I would recommend contacting the support for your card catcher if you haven't already done so but if you can provide specific details about what's going here then I might be able to see what is wrong.

Hi, so when i go to configure it, it says cannot find directory. i went into the software folder and put the HH folder in it. But it still wont log hands. I have used it plenty of times before on this system, but did a complete reinstall.
