CLUB_GG UserNames

Hi ,

ClubGG usernames may contain [] in their names when importing hands this is making errors in the pokertracker as the pokertracker sees this sign as if it is the cards dealt or something to do with cards.

How can this be fixed please ?

The player names in downloaded ClubGG hand histories are anonymised as far as I am aware and do not contain those characters. If you are using a hand converter then please attach a sample of your hands to a Support Ticket and let us know which converter you are using.

HI ,

I am using a software similar to hand converter it downloads the history and the summary post game not in game not as Pokerstars but as a GG hand
here is a sample of a hand history. This is whay i get when i import as the error:
