PokerTracker

When the tournament starts, the HUD appears correctly on all tables, but when an adjustment is made and a player changes tables, the HUD no longer loads. In the detected tables tab, the message "loading HUD" appears, but it ultimately fails to load. The only option is to stop and restart the program from scratch, and the HUD will appear again. This wouldn't be a problem if multiple table changes didn't occur during a tournament. Any solution?

So we can follow up with you on this please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. When this issue occurs take a screenshot of your desktop after playing a couple of hands at the new table and create a support bundle via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4. At the end of your session attach your screenshot, support bundle and hand histories from the day to a Support Ticket. Thank you.
