no puedo ver mis manos ni mi grafica

Hola, cuando entro al PT4 y comienzo a jugar en PS me importa las manos pero no las puedo ver en el poker tracker, lo mismo me ocurre con la grafica, no la puedo ver.

Please make sure you have the correct player selected and that you are in the correct section of PokerTracker 4 ($|T) for cash or tournament data. If those are correct check that there are no filters or tags active that would prevent data from appearing otherwise please attach a screenshot of your entire PokerTracker 4 report window either here or privately in a Support Ticket.
