hud not apperaing and unable to conect database

Postby practicum » Sun Oct 26, 2025 6:57 am

While playing on PokerStars I get this message. Meanwhile I see how PT4 is importing the hands correctly, but the HUD doesn't appear on the tables.

Also Now in 888 poker the trackers is importing the hands but not hud appearing also...
When I try to tag a hand, is appearing a problem to conect to the database.... I just format my pc and and I installet pt4 yesterday... WHats going on?
What can I do?

HELP PLEASE

For the first message you need to disable the option to have PokerStars popup your tables. If you want to keep that option enabled in PokerStars then there is a checkbox in that PokerTracker 4 message you can enable so you don't see the message again.

With regards to the other issues they sound related. First please update PokerTracker 4 to the version in this post. While your 888 hands are importing now they may not when your 888Poker client updates unless you have updated PokerTracker 4. After installing that version go to 'Database -> Database Management'. Click the 'Housekeeping' button and rebuild the database cache via 'Rebuild Cache -> Full Cache Rebuild'. If that doesn't resolve the problem with the HUD please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue and then create a support bundle via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4. When that file has been saved attach any screenshots and your support bundle to a Support Ticket where a technician can review your logs and follow up with you.
