Invalid rake and Encountered unexpected end of hand history

Hello.

I play in partypoker.es (ipoker).

Since the merger with iPoker, I've been having problems with my hand history.
I'm getting the errors "Invalid rake" and "Encountered unexpected end of hand history on some hands.
Is there a way to fix this? I assume it's a room issue... should I write to them?
If I ask for my hand history, will it be imported correctly?

If you are not using the latest version of PokerTracker 4 please update it and try again otherwise please attach a sample of your hand histories to a Support Ticket.
