Not a valid registration code?

I have done a factory reset of my laptop and when I have gone to reinstall PT4 I am getting an error saying that I have not entered a valid registration code?

I have a copy on my desktop that I used yesterday and I used to have a copy on the laptop which I done a factory reset on, but it now says its not valid? I don't have a support contract so I don't think I can raise a ticket, but can someone help me with this?

Anyone can open a support ticket but if you have installed PokerTracker v4.18.14 then you will not be able to register PokerTracker 4 with an Annual Support & Maintenance plan that expired before that version was released. If you restart PokerTracker 4 you will be prompted to revert back to the maximum version allowed for your license where a link to the relevant version to install will be provided. After rolling back you can continue to use that version of PokerTracker 4 forever however you will not be able to upgrade past this version unless you renew your Annual Support & Maintenance plan.

That was the version I installed because it was the one on the site. Its saying my registration code isn't valid though. Its not giving me an option or a link to download the correct version it just goes straight to the trial mode registration code window?

Download and install this version instead.
