Poker Tracker Update - lifetime license but says I can't use

I have a lifetime license for PT4 but when it prompted me to update to the latest release I did and now it is saying I must have a maintenance contract to use PT4.

I'm so confused.

I assumed PT5 would not be included but...

Any ideas if this is a bu?

Your Annual Support & Maintenance plan has expired so you will not be able to update PokerTracker to any version released after the date it expired. If you restart PokerTracker 4 you will be prompted to revert back to the maximum version allowed for your license where a link to the relevant version to install will be provided. After rolling back you can continue to use that version of PokerTracker 4 forever however you will not be able to upgrade past this version unless you renew your Annual Support & Maintenance plan.
