in the Statistics>advanced>by position tab looking at the BB/100 in the various positions, from BB I have a -3.251.36. Silly question, is that 3k bb less, or 3 bb point 251?

I don't know why you would be seeing numbers like that without more information. BB/100 is not a statistic that's available by default in that report and I don't know what filters might be in use so can you please attach a screenshot of your entire PokerTracker 4 report window so we can see what you are seeing either here or privately via a PM on the forum or a Support Ticket with a link to this thread.
