i cannot see my hands

I've just downloaded pokertracker and tried the free trial, but even tho i can see that my hands were imported, i still cannot see them on the ''view today's hands'' section, and ive tried restarting the app and to check my database, but it is still not working.

How old were the hands that imported? If PokerTracker 4 has imported existing hand histories from your poker site during the initial setup then you will only see hands in 'View Today's Hands' if any were played on the current day. The 'Play Poker' section only displays data from the current session/day so if you want to review all your poker data you need to move to the 'View Stats' section where there are a variety of built-in reports to view your stats/hands - see this tutorial video for an example. Also PokerTracker 4 has two sections for cash and tournament data ($ / T) so if you have only imported one type of data you will not see it if you are in the other section.
