Nothing is being stored and updated

Hope everyone is having a wonderful day;

After updating PokerTracker 4, I have been having problems.

When I am playing, the stats are not updating, it just stays on one hand number. I played for a while and nothing changed, it just stayed on one hand. And it also does not update on the import status on the PokerTracker app.

Also the the stats bar for some players is not coming up, when I am playing.

When I quit I get this message on the PokerTracker app:

"Pokertracker has detected a large number of hand history files waiting to be imported. These hands have not yet been imported. Would you like to import them now?"

When I say yes, this message comes up:

"Pokertracker will attempt to import existing hand histories from the sites you've configured and move those hand history files so they will not imported again. It is highly recommended that you do this to avoid import performance problems."

When I say yes to this, it imports whatever it is saying but nothing happens.

When I go and check the dates, it has the old dates on the stats but not the new ones.

So we can see what's going on here please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue and then create a support bundle via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4. When that file has been saved attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket where a technician can review your logs and advise you accordingly. Thank you.
