Did they stop giving the option to save HH/TH's to ones PC? (Is HUD no longer working on their site?)

That's not a site I have access to and I am not seeing any other reports at this time. Where exactly are you checking? Do you have a screenshot or more specific information?

Have you contacted bet365 to ask them about that? If so what did they say?

Is your poker site still saving hands in the normal directory? You can check that while you are playing.

They had a major software upgarde. I can no longer find an option within their poker client to save hand histories to my PC. You can only request hands manually now.

This is not a PT4 issue related, ask your poker room support

If your iPoker skin is now only providing hands on request then you should be able to import those into PokerTracker 4 using 'Play Poker -> Get Hands From Disk'.

They just moved things around. Its still possible. I know the manual way you described but that doesnt enable users to use the PT4 HUD.

Sorted now though. They got a much needed update to their software and things were just not where they used to be <3 Thanks.
