Can I filter PRF allin spots with minimum EQ, for example minimum 60% or between 40-60% ?

There is a custom report in the Download Warehouse you can use for that which is called 'All-In Equity under 51%' and there are instructions there on how you can edit the equity percentages in the expression filter:

The report is for cash games so if you want this for a custom tournament report you can use the same expression filter in a custom tournament report but instead replace the instances of "cash" with "tourney".
