Issue with Importing Hands and HUD Not Showing from CoinPoke

Postby erick222 » Sat Aug 30, 2025 11:19 am

Hello everyone,

I'm experiencing an issue where PokerTracker is not importing any hands from CoinPoker, and the HUD is not appearing on my tables. Here’s a breakdown of what I’ve tried and the issue I'm facing:

CoinPoker Settings: I have ensured that hand history is saved to the correct folder. The hands are saved in a .txt format.

PokerTracker Settings: I have verified that the folder for hand history is correctly configured in PokerTracker, and I have checked the import settings.

EliteHUD Configuration: I have confirmed that the tables are being detected by EliteHUD, but the HUD doesn't show up on the tables.

Hand Import: Although PokerTracker is importing the hands (they appear in the hand history folder), it seems not to recognize them properly, as it displays “zero hands” imported, even though there are hands in the folder.

I have attached screenshots of the following:

The folder where I’m importing the hands from CoinPoker.

The EliteHUD converter detecting the tables.

The PokerTracker settings where everything seems correct.

The table where the HUD doesn't appear.

The “zero hands” message in PokerTracker, despite importing the hands.

If anyone has encountered a similar issue or can provide advice on how to resolve this, I would greatly appreciate it!

Thank you in advance.

Can you please attach one of these hand history files here or privately via a Support Ticket with a link to this thread.

I'm having the same issue..I'm getting the hands importem from the Elite Hud and I can see them being imported into PT4, but the HUD comes in and out, and doesn't remember 6max tables. I'm having to redo it everytime.

So have been doing some triage, and it for me the issue is with 6 max MTT's. Occasionally the 7max MTT will flash out, but they stay in position. Not sure but my gut tells me you need to add a 6max table configuration in the CoinPoker setup.

This does not appear to be the same issue as your hands are importing.

Please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue, take a screenshot of your desktop and then create a support bundle via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4. When that file has been saved attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket along with the hand history files provided by the converter for the table. Thank you.
