Hi,
Im relatively new to poker (I started around April 2025) and I always seem to lose. Can anyone give me any advice on why this might be or what I can do to improve?

This forum is more weighted towards technical support with PokerTracker 4 rather than strategy advice and you'll likely get feedback on your data by posting in a strategy forum such as 2+2, PokerStrategy, Reddit e.t.c. although there might be members of the PokerTracker community who can give you advice. There are also lots of YouTube videos on tournament play and many Twitch streamers who broadcast their tournaments. I am not a tournament player but with that said I would say your ranges need tightening in the earlier positions and widening in the later positions and on the button. Your play out of the blinds might also be too loose/passive for the games you are playing in. I'd recommend looking at your ranges for different positions and situations in the Holdem Hand Range Visualizer report which you can compare with suggested ranges, ranges of winning players e.t.c:
