Super slow import, HUD disappear while in game

Hello,

I have a database of 1M5 hands. Both my DB and Pokertracker are on an NVME harddisk. Pokerrooms are on my SSD.
I play on Ipoker, Winamax, Coinpoker and SWC.

Every session HUD disappear after some time and then randomly reappear. It's like PT4 can't keep up importing live hands.
I have also to import hands after clicking "Stop getting hands". A popup appear and it's importing missings hands.
Today my HUD went off for 5 hours and I'm importing hands for 3 hours now it's basically importing one hand/30 sec.

Could you help me ?

So we can see what's going on here please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. When the issue with the HUD starts then immediately create a support bundle via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4. When that file has been saved attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket where a technician can review your logs ands advise you accordingly:

When that's done you can try starting a new database and that may allow you use PokerTracker4 at the tables in the meantime:
