I have an all stacks license, why is this error happening?

Hello, if you just purchased All Stakes license, make sure that you restart PokerTracker 4. This should update your license info, so these tourneys should import. If that doesn't help, please open a Support Ticket and someone will look into it.

If you have a recent database backup file you can restore your poker data from that:

Alternatively you can reimport from your original hand history files if you have them. By default PokerTracker 4 moves your auto-imported files to your 'Processed' folder which you can access via the 'File -> Open User Data Folder' option on a Windows machine:

C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Processed

If you don't have those files then your poker site(s) may be able to provide you with copies.
