Enter results for a tournament with no Hand histories

Hi,
On ACR I play flip n go STT sometimes. There is no hand histories in PT for these.
If I go to my tournament results it shows the tournament and counts the entry fee against my overall profit/loss even though no hands or results were imported. I understand that PT prob just doesn't support this format however the problem is I can't manually enter results for the ones I do cash in so PT just counts them as a loss.
When I open the window to edit the results the Player name is not editable so it won't let me enter winnings for myself.

How can I update/fix this?

Hello, I don't think a tournament should show in reports if it has no hands, and flip'n'go hand(s) should import. Please open a Support Ticket, and attach a few HH and TS examples, so we can investigate. You can find the files in your Processed folder, which you can access through PokerTracker 4 by going to FIle > Open User Data Folder.
