Pmu.fr error (invalid hand)

Many hands are imported invalidly on PMU.fr. This distorts all the results. You could do something about it; it happens often in multiway pots or when we are all-in. The problem is since a long time and nothing is done. I create this post to see if others players have the same, but i think so.

What exactly do you mean by "imported invalidly"? Can you please provide more specific details and attach a sample of relevant hand history files from your poker site - you can provide those details here or privately via a Support Ticket.

Thanks but you haven't included a hand history example so I can't see/test what's going on there.

Are these hands where all-in cashout was used by a player? That issue was addressed some time ago. If you are not using the latest version of PokerTracker 4 then please update it:

i can't send any hand because this invalid hand doesn't appear in files, i don't find it.

Those hands will be in the files provided by your poker site. In PokerTracker 4 select the 'File -> Open User Data Folder' option and in the window that opens go into the 'Processed folder. Here is where PokerTracker 4 archives your poker site hand history files by site & date:

Zip/compress your iPoker hand histories from the most recent couple of days and attach the resulting zip file to a Support Ticket:

I've played a session and after that i've done what you tell me, i have open "user data folder" and then choose the directories "processed" but it is empty ???? i've take a screen shoot to show you.

Have you changed the default location for processed files in PokerTracker 4? Select "Configure -> Site & Import Options -> Preferences" and check the directory being used for the "Move Processed Files To:" option.

Very well I checked this folder and indeed I have 2 user names on my PC and of course the "processed" folder was on the 2nd so thank you for your help, however all the files in this folder are in .XML format and I don't understand anything. Strange no, we don't even see the starting hands in these files. I'll give you an example of what appears.

iPoker hand histories are .xml files - that is perfectly normal. Please zip/compress a sample of your files and attach them to a Support Ticket so we can take a look at your import errors. Thank you.
