account recovering problem

under my account with username 3cent it is impossible to even have a feedback from outside so i opened up another new account just to get some help, because without account access, it is impossible to communicate..... smh.
i get this message again and again ''Your account has been temporary locked due to too many invalid logins. Please wait a few minutes and try again''. I made a new password for it. under 3cent i have a paid licence for micro poker tracker 4. i was absent for years from pocker, i would like to have a working poker tracker software if possible, thank you

So we can resolve the account trouble please logout of the 'cardtrader' account and then open a Support Ticket ticket. You can do this as a guest without being logged in. When submitting the ticket use the email address linked to your '3cent' account.

I have sent an email containing that PokerTracker registration code in a separate email to the registered email address for the '3cent' account.
