Coin Poker - Hands reports - Own cards hidden

Hello,

I have been watching a tuto tha helps to reveal our own hands played on Coin Poker in the Hands report.

Basically, I did :
1) Ask my HH to Coin support
2) Create a new database for CP
3) Upload the HH
4) Vizualize the HH in hands report

Although, most of my hands played on this site remain hidden...

Any help? Thanks

When you imported the hands PokerTracker 4 would have reported exactly how many were imported. Does this number differ from the number of hands you are seeing in the report? Did the import contain both cash and tournament hands? Do you have any filters or tags active in PokerTracker 4 that would prevent data from appearing? Or do you mean all the hands are there but you can't see your own hole cards? Can you please provide more specific details and attach a screenshot of your entire PokerTracker 4 report window and a hand history sample either here or privately in a Support Ticket. Thank you.

You are using an older version of PokerTracker (v4.17.5) and this issue was resolved with the release of PokerTracker v4.18.11:

so please update to the latest version of PokerTracker 4:

Download PokerTracker 4

That will likely not immediately resolve the issue so you will need to purge and reimport the hand histories after updating PokerTracker 4:
