HUD not showing ingame (ps .IT update)

hello, last night pokerstars .it had a huge overhaul and updated the app/software; notes, settings & everything else was reset.

they changed the HH folder too, so i had to change the directory on pt4 to get the hand tracking, but apparently it doesn't show me the hud on the tables while playing, how can i fix this?

Is your PokerStars.IT client running in English? Given your chips have a comma for a decimal operator instead of a dot that would appear to be the case:

PokerTracker 4 only supports English so hand histories need to be saved in English (PokerStars Client -> Settings -> Playing History -> Hand History) and the PokerStars client needs to be running in English (PokerStars Client -> Settings -> Global -> Language -> English). If hand histories are in English but the PokerStars client is not then the HUD may not be able to attach to your tournament tables. If your PokerStars.IT client has removed the required language option then turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue by playing some hands, take a screenshot of your entire desktop with the open tables and then create a support bundle via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4. When that file has been saved attach your screenshot and support bundle to a Support Ticket. Thank you.

yeah apparently i had it still in italian after the updated because i didn't select english gameplay before making the screenshot, so after going into settings and forcing the client fully in english the hud appeared instantly.
