HTTP 500 error

I've contacted support but no reply so far. When I open PT4 I get a HTTP 500 error message on the Community page. The Get Hands and View Stats pages are fine. Does anyone else have this problem?
I use v18 of PT4 with no updates since it's initial launch. I only update when the next new version (i.e. v19) comes out as McAfee has a problem with the updates. The full new versions are fine though.

I can't reproduce this issue and I don't see any other reports at this time so a technician will follow up with you via your ticket. If you want to access the community page in the meantime you can do so in your web browser here:

https://pt4.pokertracker.com/community/

You can prevent that page loading by default when starting PokerTracker 4 by disabling the the option labelled 'Open Community When PokerTracker Starts' which is in the top right of the community page in PokerTracker 4.

Thanks for the reply. I don't use the community page, I just thought it was weird that it was happening. Strangely I've not yet had a reply back from Support. Normally they reply within 24 hours.

I should have checked PT4 before replying. It's working today.
