I recently moved to postgres 16.9 and I can't tune

Is PostgreSQL installed and running locally on the same machine where PokerTracker 4 is installed or is it installed elsewhere?

Is in local host the seam machine.
Use the upgrade manual posted on support.
Uninstall 12 from C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL
Install 16 from C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL
I haven't deleted the 12 folder yet. That's why I had to go back.
