Won a rebuy. PT4 not recognizing.

Double rebuy. Went on to win. Graph not updating and the result isn't being recognized.

On what poker site was this? If your poker site tournament files do not contain winnings information you can manually update the result in PokerTracker 4:

Ok thank you for the link I’ll add it. Wasn’t sure if it was a bug. 888 (ON CA).

You can open your 888 files with a text editor such as NotePad. If the winnings information is included or you are not sure then please attach your example to a Support Ticket so we can take a look.

I just picked up another win after re-buying and it's not updating that either. I'm not entirely sure what files you would need?

To continue on this. It's recognizes separate buy-ins to the same tournament. My graph adjusts as soon as I buy-in. But in the case of the two wins it doesn't register anything.

PokerTracker 4 archives those files to your 'Processed' folder which you can access which you can access via the 'File -> Open User Data Folder' option:

C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Processed

Please zip/compress the files from the relevant days and attach them to a Support Ticket.
