The results and the graph shown by the tracker are incorrect

Good evening.

The results and the graph shown by the tracker are incorrect in escape mode. It also happened in the hold up mode.

The profits or losses obtained aren't exact, although they are close. In the long run, there's a big difference in the results. The tracker always shows that I'm earning more than I actually am.

Could someone please tell me if this also happens to them, and could a moderator tell me how to fix it?

I am not aware of a specific issue at this time. Please note that at the end of any session played on fast poker tables (Escape, Zoom, Blitz e.t.c.) when you sit out you should leave the tables open for a couple of minutes before closing them to make sure all hands you have recently fast folded have been finished by the other players involved otherwise you may not get the data from them. Hello.
I'm reopening this thread because I discovered the bug in pt4. The problem is that pt4, when I push all-in preflop in sb, takes into account 1bb when I'm in SB, when it should count as 0.5bb. I've attached one hand as an example, and I'm only including one hand, but I could include 1 million. Where I've marked the error in red is that if I have 2.40 euros and I put 0.05 euros, I'm left with 2.35 euros. When I push all-in, the raise should be from 2.35 euros to 2.40 euros. However, the history shows 2.30 euros to 2.40 euros, and those 0.05 euros accumulated over many hands are a huge bb gap.

The hand history file is provided by Winamax and the raise to size is correct. What is the result of that specific hand in PokerTracker 4 in €EUR for you? It should be -€2.40.
