Slow Hand Import and Missed Hands During Play

Hi,

While playing, I receive a message saying that hand tracking will be slow. I’ve already performed database maintenance, but the message still appears. The import process is slow and occasionally misses some hands during play.

I also uninstalled and reinstalled PT4, recreated the database, and the same issues persist.

Is there any solution to this?

If you have already performed housekeeping and tried a new database then can you please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue with the slow importing and then create a support bundle via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4. When that file has been saved attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket where a technician can review your logs and follow up with you.
