Help with accessing my subscription details

So I decided to get back to poker and remembered I have a PT4 license.

After trying to recover my password using my e-mail on the website without success (never received an email from pokertracker) I finally also remembered my password and managed to login on the website.

1. I can't change my password - says old password is incorrect.
2. I can't access support section - when I do, it logs me out and when I try to log back in, nothing happens - therefore I can't open a support ticket.
3. I can't access ''order history'' / ''registration codes'' / Subscriptions - pressing any of these buttons - the site will just stop working or timeout

What's going on here and how can we fix it ?

1. I Tried using a different browser - both safari and chrome
2. I tried to login with another device - eg iphone instead of laptop - same problem

With regards to the issues you are describing I don't know what's causing that and there may be an issue with the account so please open a Support Ticket. You do not need to be logged in to create the ticket - you can do this while logged out or in a private/incognito browser window - just enter the registered email address in the email field when submitting the ticket. I also don't see a purchase linked to this account so if you have any further details regarding your license (such as any other possible email addresses) then let us know and we can follow up with you in your ticket.
