Hello, I created a support ticket 2 days ago. I managed to update it 5 or 6 times and I still did not get any answer. How long it usually takes to answer?

Unfortunately whenever you reply again or 'bump' a new ticket before a technician has made their initial response this resets the date of the ticket and it will place it at the bottom of technicians support queue again. I've escalated your ticket in the queue manually so you should get a reply later today.
