Exporting hands with specific buy ins

Postby Naeco » Wed May 14, 2025 7:10 am

Hello,

I've had an issue with exporting my hands for a while. I used to be able to select the specific buy ins I want by going here and selecting the buy in I want(cf picture attached).

However, since a prior update, I noticed I only have buy ins I never use (in dollar currencies), I don't find the right buy ins from my DB. (I play only in € so I shouldn't have any dollar buy ins).

I tried to select the equivalent (for example , 9.3$ for my 9.3€ buy ins) but I don't get the right hands so I'm wondering how to fix it.

This isn't something I can reproduce exporting a specific €EUR buyin so can you please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue by exporting this buyin and then create a support bundle via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4. When that file has been saved attach your support bundle and exported hand histories to a Support Ticket. If possible please also include the original hand history files provided by your poker site so we can import those and test the resulting export. By default PokerTracker 4 moves your files to your 'Processed' folder which you can access via the 'File -> Open User Data Folder' option on a Windows machine:

Guide: Processed Files

Tutorial: Reporting A Problem

In the meantime you could try creating a custom hand report and filtering for the tournaments/hands you want to export and then try export them via the right-click menu in the report.
