I can't see the hud on the tables

Well, it turns out that the tables are traching but I don't get the hud on the winamax tables, could you please tell me what the reason is?

Please make sure things are configured correctly and that PokerTracker 4 is connected to your Winamax client:

Winamax Configuration Guide (Connection to the Tracker)

Please note that if you are also using another tracker Winamax only allow one tracker to connect to their poker client so you will only be able to use one of your trackers when playing there.
