troubles when trying to reinstall PT4

Hello,

I just uninstalled PT4 from my computer by clicking on system then finding the PT4 APP and clicking on "uninstall". I wanted to reinstall because I face some troubles with the HUD when playing and I thought that restarting from zero could be a good solution.

Then I reinstalled PT4 but when I open it there is a screen telling me that there is a trouble with POSTGRESQL. I should have erased this database before trying to reinstall.....

But when I check on my computer, I cannot find on any drive this postgresql application... I have a folder named "poker tracker 4'" with 20 gigas of datas, depicted as follows :

poker tracker 4/postgresql/9.3

but it is impossible for me to erase it, I have this message when trying : "this action cannot be performed because this folder is opened in another program"

That looks like you might have installed PostgreSQL in a PokerTracker folder or installed PokerTracker 4 over a PostgreSQL folder. PokerTracker 4 and PostgreSQL folders should be completely separate from one another. Click your Windows Start button then type the following command:

services.msc 

If your PostgreSQL v9.3 service is running you can manually stop the service there and then try deleting folders but bear in mind any data there will be lost permanently. If that doesn't help then please open a Support Ticket and include screenshots so a technican can see the full file path. Also include a screenshot of the contents of the 'PokerTracker 4' folder with all the subfolders visible.
